Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Score the surface of the
Cooked Ham (1)
with your knife to make shallow, diagonal cuts across the ham. Each score should be about 1/3-inch in depth and then in the opposite direction, making diamond shapes. The scores should extend all the way from top to bottom on each side of the ham. Leave about 1-inch between cuts. Insert one
Whole Cloves (1 Tbsp)
in each diamond.
In a large saucepan, whisk to combine
Fresh Pineapple Juice (1/2 cup)
Honey (1/2 cup)
Dijon Mustard (1/4 cup)
Dark Brown Sugar (1 cup)
Ground Allspice (1 tsp)
. Bring over to medium-low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes stir occasionally until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
On a rack in a roasting pan, add water, about 2-inch in depth. Place the ham and brush half of the glaze over it. Cover the ham with foil.
Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours. Reserve the remaining glaze for later use.
Uncover the ham. Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until the internal temperature is 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) or until the glaze is caramelized and browned, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish. Optionally, garnish with
Orange Slices (2)
Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup)
on the side of the dish. Slice the ham and serve it with your favorite side dishes!
