Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Avocado Oil (1 Tbsp) to a 12-inch cast iron pan and heat over medium heat for 1 minute,
Step 2
Add Frozen Honey Roasted Sweet Corn (1 bag) and Frozen Diced Hash Browns (2 cups) to the pan and cook until warm, about 4 minutes. Use a spatula to mix the ingredients in the pan.
Step 3
Season with Taco Seasoning (1 packet) and cook for 4 more minutes.
Step 4
Once the hash is completely warm and begins to brown add in Bacon Bits (1/4 cup) . Then top with Fresh Cilantro (1/4 bunch) , Queso Fresco (1/4 cup) , and Eggs (4) .
Step 5
Serve immediately with Yellow Corn Tortillas (4) .
