Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small skillet, cook
Smoked Hickory Bacon (4 slices)
until crisp. Remove to drain and crumble. Set aside.
Step 3
In a 9x9-inch glass baking dish, stir together
Dijon Mustard (1/4 cup)
,
Honey (1/2 cup)
,
Dried Rosemary (1/2 tsp)
,
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
until well mixed. Dot the top with
Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp)
.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from oven, stir, top with cooked bacon and bake another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Stir again, top with
Dried Chives (to taste)
, and serve over rice.
