The dish is best warm and fresh, but leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Slice the Chicken Apple Sausage Links (5) into 1/2-inch rounds, 5-6 pieces per sausage.

Cut Broccoli (1 head) into florets and Sweet Potato (1) into 1/2-inch cubes. Place all ingredients onto a prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle all ingredients with Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) and sprinkle Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) over the top. Toss to coat. Spread out all ingredients in an even single layer across the sheet pan.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, tossing everything halfway through cooking.
