Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, mix together
Gochujang (2 Tbsp)

Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
, 1 Tbsp of
Lemon Juice (1)
,
Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Honey (1/2 Tbsp)
until well combined.
Step 2
In a frying pan, heat the
Butter (2 Tbsp)
over medium high heat. Then stir in the
Garlic (3 cloves)
and the white part of the
Scallions (3 stalks)
. Cook for about 1 minute until softened and fragrant.
Step 3
Add
Shrimp (1 lb)
and gochujang mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimps are opaque. Stir occasionally.
Step 4
Turn off the heat, add the green part of the green onion, then stir to combine.
Step 5
Top
Butter Lettuce (8 pieces)
with gochujang shrimp. Garnish with
Scallions (to taste)
,
Red Chili Pepper Slices (to taste)
, and
White Sesame Seeds (to taste)
. Serve with
Lemon Wedges (1)
.
