In a small mixing bowl, mix together Gochujang (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), 1 Tbsp of Lemon (1), Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp), and Honey (1/2 Tbsp) until well combined.

In a frying pan, heat the Butter (2 Tbsp) over medium high heat. Then stir in the Garlic (3 cloves) and the white part of the Scallions (3 stalks). Cook for about 1 minute until softened and fragrant.
