Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl, toss together the Large Shrimp (1 lb), Yellow Bell Pepper (1), Pineapples (1 can), Jalapeño Pepper (1), and Red Onion (1/2) with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Jerk Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Lime (1/4) and Brown Sugar (1 tsp).

Place the shrimp and vegetables on the baking sheet. Roast in the oven until shrimp are opaque, about 12-15 minutes.

Sprinkle with Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) and Lime (1) on the side. Serve with White Rice (to taste).
