Author's Notes

Instead of chopping the onion, try grating it on the large size of a box grater. This will give the meatballs a finer texture.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees).

Add the Ground Beef (1 lb), Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup), Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup), Salt (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) to a large bowl and mix to combine.

Scoop 2 oz. meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Lower the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Roll out each Pillsbury® Biscuits (1 tube) round to about twice its size.

Place a handful of the Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) on top of the dough and a meatball on top of the cheese. Place a dollop of Marinara Sauce (to taste) on top of each meatball.

Wrap the dough around the meatballs and place, seam-side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is a light golden brown. Serve warm with Marinara Sauce (to taste).
