Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees).
Step 2
Add the
Ground Beef (1 lb)
,
Onion (1)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Egg (1)
,
Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
,
Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
to a large bowl and mix to combine.
Step 3
Scoop 2 oz. meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove and allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Lower the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 6
Roll out each
Pillsbury® Biscuits (1 tube)
round to about twice its size.
Step 7
Place a handful of the
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup)
on top of the dough and a meatball on top of the cheese. Place a dollop of
Marinara Sauce (to taste)
on top of each meatball.
Step 8
Wrap the dough around the meatballs and place, seam-side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 9
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is a light golden brown. Serve warm with
Marinara Sauce (to taste)
