Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees F).
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 oz) first for about 2 minutes or until the fat is rendered. Then add Onion (1/2) , and stir fry until soft.
Step 3
In the same skillet, continue to add Ground Beef (8 oz) . Using a wooden spatula break up the ground beef into small pieces until cooked through for about 7 minutes.
Step 4
Season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and stir to combine. Strain grease and transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine Barbecue Sauce (1/4 cup) , Ketchup (1/2 cup) , Dry Mustard (1/4 cup) , and Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp) . Set aside.
Step 6
Place the Prepared Pizza Crust (1) on the pizza pan. Spread the sauce mixture on the pizza dough.
Step 7
Sprinkle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) on top of the sauce. Place the ground beef mixture and spread evenly. Top with Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (2 cups) .
Step 8
Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is melted and browned. Remove from the oven.
Step 9
Slice with a pizza cutter. Sprinkle the top with Lettuce (to taste) , Dill Pickles (to taste) , and Tomatoes (to taste) . Serve immediately!
