Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees F).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 oz)
first for about 2 minutes or until the fat is rendered. Then add
, and stir fry until soft.
In the same skillet, continue to add
Ground Beef (8 oz)
. Using a wooden spatula break up the ground beef into small pieces until cooked through for about 7 minutes.
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and stir to combine. Strain grease and transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine
Barbecue Sauce (1/4 cup)
Ketchup (1/2 cup)
Dry Mustard (1/4 cup)
Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp)
. Set aside.
Prepared Pizza Crust (1)
on the pizza pan. Spread the sauce mixture on the pizza dough.
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup)
on top of the sauce. Place the ground beef mixture and spread evenly. Top with
Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (2 cups)
Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is melted and browned. Remove from the oven.
Slice with a pizza cutter. Sprinkle the top with
Lettuce (to taste)
Dill Pickles (to taste)
Tomatoes (to taste)
. Serve immediately!
