Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Remove any extra fat from the
Pork Tenderloin (2)
and make small horizontal slices down each tenderloin. Place the tenderloins in a 9x12-inch baking dish.
Step 3
Slather the
Honey Mustard (1 1/3 cups)
over the tenderloins.
Step 4
Sprinkle the
Dried Rosemary (2 Tbsp)
over the tenderloins.
Step 5
Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Slice and serve with
Frozen Mixed Vegetables (to taste)
