Place the Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (12) in a ziplock bag, let the air out and seal it. Using a rolling pin, give it a bit of a bash so that you have a mixture of sizes in the crumbs.
In a large bowl add the Cream Cheese (125 gram), Unsalted Butter (125 gram), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup). Using a mixer beat the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Add in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) and continue to beat until all mixed together.
Add the crushed Oreo cookies. Using a spoon or spatula fold the cookies into the mixture. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and place in fridge to firm up for half an hour.
Take teaspoons of the mixture and roll them into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Using your fingers press them down lightly.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Place cookies in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven, transfer to a wire rack and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
