Add a bit of
Olive Oil (as needed)
to the cast iron skillet and plop your
Pizza Dough (1)
in the center. Use the dough to spread the oil around, flipping the dough so both sides are coated in oil. Cover with plastic wrap, then preheat your oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Once the oven is at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C), take the plastic wrap off, and reshape the dough to fill the bottom of the cast iron pan. Put into oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Bell Pepper (1/2)
and cut the
Pepperoni Slices (4)
if they're too big.
Pizza Sauce (1/2 jar)
and make it even better by adding some
Granulated Garlic (to taste)
Cover the dough with the pizza sauce, bell pepper, onions, pepperoni pieces and
Fresh Basil Leaves (6)
Cover generously with
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 handfuls)
Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
