Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
Remove the membrane of the Pork Ribs (2 racks) and season with Barbecue Rub (to taste) on both sides.
step 2
Setup your smoker for indirect heat at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lay both racks in and let them smoke for about an hour and a half.
step 3
After an hour and a half, spray some Apple Juice (to taste) on the ribs.
step 4
Remove and spray more Apple Juice (to taste) and season with more Barbecue Rub (to taste) on one of the racks. Wrap in aluminum foil, and leave them wrapped for about 1 hour in the smoker.
step 5
After an hour, remove from the foil wrapping and place them back on the grill. Keep them on the grill just long enough to get a darker bark, about 20 minutes. 15 minutes before removing them, glaze the side without the rub with Barbecue Sauce (to taste).
step 6
Remove from the grill and let them sit for 5-10 minutes. Cut, serve and enjoy!
