Garlic Parmesan Seasoning and Coating Mix
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Line a wire rack with foil, grease it with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed), and place it on the baking tray. Set aside.
In a shallow bowl, combine Garlic Parmesan Seasoning and Coating Mix (2 pckg), Butter (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Paprika (2 Tbsp), and Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 1/2 cups).
Coat the Chicken Wings (2 lb) evenly with the garlic parmesan mixture. Set aside.
On the prepared wire rack, place the coated wings and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Place baked wings on a serving plate and garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste). Enjoy with Garlic Parmesan Sauce (1 cup) on the side.
