Cooking Instructions

In a blender, add Frozen Mangoes (1 pckg), Fresh Pineapple Chunks (1 can), Bananas (1 cup), Coconut Milk (1 cup), 1 1/2 cup of Orange Juice (5), and Honey (3 Tbsp) blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

Add Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp) and stir to combine.

Fill your popsicle molds with the mixture and place popsicle sticks in the molds. Transfer to the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen.
4.
Remove from the freezer. Take them out of the molds and enjoy them immediately!
