In a large bowl, whisk the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (8) with the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup), Whole Milk (1/3 cup), Salt (as needed), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) until combined.

Add the Tomato (1), Fresh Baby Spinach (1/2 cup), Ham (1 cup), and Scallion (1/3 cup). Stir to combine.

Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, about 1/4 cup in each cup.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until they are set, puffed, and lightly golden. They will deflate once removed from the oven, that’s totally normal.
