Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the
Bacon (8 slices)
until browned and crispy, about 5-10 minutes. Take out the bacon once it is crispy and place it onto a lined paper towel to drain excess oil. Leave about 1 Tbsp of bacon fat in the pan.
Step 3
In the same pan over medium heat, add the
Lima Beans (1 can)
,
Diced Tomatoes (1 can)
, and
Cream Cheese (4 Tbsp)
and cook until the cheese is melted and combined with everything.
Step 4
Add half of the bacon,
Salt (to taste)
, and 1 cup of the
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup)
and stir until melted.
Step 5
Top with the remaining
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup)
and transfer to the oven to broil until the top is browned, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Arrange the
Avocado (1)
on top, sprinkle the other half of the bacon, and garnish with
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
. Serve with
Tortilla Chips (to taste)
and
Limes (to taste)
.
