Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook

according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a skillet sauté
Yellow Onion (1)
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
over medium heat until translucent, about 3 minutes.
Spicy Italian Sausage Links (1 lb)
and brown well over high heat. Add
Cremini Mushrooms (1 2/3 cups)
and keep cooking until slightly brown, then stir in
Dry White Wine (1/2 cup)
and reduce to half.
Chicken Broth (2 cups)
and simmer until reduced, about twenty minutes.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sausage mixture, stir in
Parmigiano-Reggiano (1/2 cup)
Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 Tbsp)
