Peel and devein
Large Shrimp (12 oz)
. Rinse, and pat dry with paper towels.
In a large pot bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add
Salt (to taste)
and pasta; stir gently.
Angel Hair Pasta (1 box)
according to package directions; remove from heat and drain well.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet bring
Chicken Broth (2/3 cup)
to a simmer, stir in shrimp,
Frozen Green Peas (2 cups)
Yellow Bell Pepper (1)
and simmer until shrimp are opaque and pepper is tender (about 3 minutes).
Basil Pesto (1 jar)
and heat through. Add pasta; stir gently to combine.
Serve topped with
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp)
, additional pesto, and
Asiago Cheese (1/4 cup)
