Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the directions, draining one minute short of the required cooking time.
Step 2
Toss the
Elbow Macaroni (1 box)
with

and place on a baking sheet to cool.

Once the pasta is cool, in a large bowl, combine pasta together with
Basil Pesto (1/2 cup)

Frozen Sweet Corn (2 cups)

Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup)

Red Onions (1/4 cup)

and gently toss to combine.
Step 4
Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and top with
Avocados (2)
