Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)

Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp)

Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)

Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)

Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)

Step 2
Add the
Steak (1 lb)
to the marinade and mix well, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a food processor, add
Fresh Parsley (3/4 cup)
,
Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup)
,
Shallots (2 Tbsp)
,
White Wine Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
,
Honey (1/8 tsp)
,
Garlic (4 cloves)
,
Dried Oregano (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (1/2 tsp)
, and
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp)
. Blend everything together.
Step 4
While blending, add
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
until it is a paste-like mixture. Scraping down the sides as you go.
Step 5
In a heavy bottom pan over medium-high heat, add the steak cubes in a single layer. Cook without disturbing for 30 to 60 seconds on each side or until each side is browned.
Step 6
Serve the steak bites with chimichurri sauce.
