Flank Steak (1 lb)
with the mixture and place in a ziplock bag for 5-10 minutes.
In a cast iron or heavy bottom pan, heat the
Oil (3 Tbsp)
over medium-high. Once hot, add steak and sear for 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (72 degrees C).
Set aside and let the beef rest for at least 5 minutes. This will allow the proteins to rest and the juices won’t bleed out when you cut into it.
In a pan over medium heat, warm the
Flour Tortillas (4)
until softened, about 15 seconds a side.
Prepare each wrap by topping each tortilla with beef and
Lettuce (5 cups)
Red Onion (1/2)
Mexican Style Hot Sauce (1 Tbsp)
