Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt
Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp)
. Once the butter is melted, add the
Garlic Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp)
and
Dried Rosemary (1/2 Tbsp)
and cook out until fragrant. Simmer until flavors combine, about 1 minute. Then season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Once the flavors are combined, stir in the
Honey (1/2 cup)
and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, being careful not to burn the honey. Place the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (6)
into the honey glaze mixture and coat each piece evenly.
Step 4
Place the chicken on a rimmed baking pan and pour the remaining sauce over.
Step 5
Bake the chicken until it is cooked through and no longer pink in the center, about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
Step 6
Remove from the oven immediately and turn over the chicken with tongs to coat the top with sauce.
Step 7
Optionally serve with
Green Beans (to taste)
and
Lemons (to taste)
slices.
