Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, toast the cut sides of the Hamburger Buns (4) for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Grill Vegan Burger Patties (4) according to the package direction. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) if needed.
Step 3
In a food processor, add Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) , Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , 1/4 cup Lemon Juice (2) , Fresh Cilantro (1/2 bunch) , Garlic (1 clove) , Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
Spread the cilantro sauce mixture over the bottom buns, then place Lettuce (to taste) , Red Onions (to taste) , Tomatoes (to taste) , patty, and top with Crumbled Feta Cheese (to taste) . Cover the burger stacks with the top buns and enjoy immediately!
