Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spray sheet pan generously with cooking spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)
. Mix well.
In the same mixing bowl, add
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2 lb)
. Toss until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes.
On a prepared sheet pan, place chicken breast and
Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups)
. Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature: 150 degrees F or 65 degrees C). Remove from the oven.
On the same sheet pan, sprinkle
Fresh Mozzarella Pearls (2 tubs)
throughout and bring it back to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until the mozzarella is melted. Remove from the oven.
Let it sit for 3 minutes.
Drizzle with the
Balsamic Glaze (1/2 cup)
and add some
Fresh Basil (1 cup)
on top before serving.
