Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Spray sheet pan generously with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , and Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) . Mix well.
Step 4
In the same mixing bowl, add Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2 lb) . Toss until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 5
On a prepared sheet pan, place chicken breast and Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups) . Bake for 20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature: 150 degrees F or 65 degrees C). Remove from the oven.
Step 6
On the same sheet pan, sprinkle Fresh Mozzarella Pearls (2 tubs) throughout and bring it back to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until the mozzarella is melted. Remove from the oven.
Step 7
Let it sit for 3 minutes.
Step 8
Drizzle with the Balsamic Glaze (1/2 cup) and add some Fresh Basil (1 cup) on top before serving.
