Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed). Set aside.
step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, heat Olive Oil (2 Tbsp). Cook Green Bell Pepper (1) and Yellow Onion (1) for about 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
step 3
In the same skillet, add Flank Steak (1 lb) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Continue browning for 5 minutes until the beef is cooked and the pepper-onion mixture is soft. Remove from heat, strain any liquid, and set aside.
step 4
On a flat surface, cut the Pizza Dough (2 tubes) into half, and use a rolling pin to roll out each dough to a circle, about 1/2-inch thick.
step 5
Spread 1/2 cup of Shredded Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese Blend (3 cups) in the center and top with 3/4 cup of the beef mixture. Fold the dough creating a half-moon shape over the filling. Seal the dough by pressing the edges with a fork or by pinching the edges shut to secure the filling. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.
step 6
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet. Sprinkle a handful of cheese on top of the dough and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
step 7
Remove from the oven and enjoy it warm with Pizza Sauce (1 cup) on the side!
