Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, mix together
Yellow Onion (1/2)
Green Cabbage (1/2)
Corned Beef Lunch Meat (1/2 can)
Frozen Peas and Carrots (2 cups)
Cream of Celery Soup (1 can)
Milk (1 1/2 cups)
Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Pour everything into the casserole dish. Top with
Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (2 cups)
Frozen Tater Tots (3 1/3 cups)
. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is browned.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
and enjoy immediately!
