This Homemade Blueberry Lemonade recipe is easier than making your own sugar-free lemonade, made with erythritol, water, and lemon juice. Very simple and full of antioxidants yet so refreshing. A wonderful drink for a sunny day in your backyard!

Cooking Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, add hot Water (1 cup) and Granulated Erythritol (1 cup). Stir until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool down.
2.
In a blender, add Fresh Blueberries (1 1/2 cups) and ½ cup of Water (1/2 cup). Blend until smooth puree forms, then strain to discard the pulp. Set aside.
3.
Into a pitcher, add the juice from Lemons (5) and Water (3 cups). Then add simple syrup and mix to combine. Make sure to start with ½ cup and more if you need more sweetness after tasting.
4.
To the serving glass, fill in with Ice (3 cups). Pour the lemonade into ¾ of your serving glass, then top it with the blueberry liquid.
5.
Optionally garnish with Fresh Blueberries (to taste), Lemons (to taste) slices, and Fresh Mint (to taste). Serve.
Author's Notes
To make erythritol dissolve faster, you can microwave for 30 seconds intervals until dissolved.
