Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a skillet over medium, add
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Once hot, add
80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb)
,
Yellow Onion (1/2)
,
Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp)
,
Ketchup (1 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Mayonnaise (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Hot Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Brush the sheet pan with
Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
. Place the bottom half of each
Hawaiian Rolls (1 pckg)
on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Line the
Cheddar Cheese (12 slices)
over the top. Followed by the beef mixture, and
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
. Top with the top part of the rolls. Brush the top rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with
White Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
on top.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Serve warm with a
Pickled Cucumbers (2)
if desired.
