Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a stand mixer bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (3 1/2 cups), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Instant Dry Yeast (2 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp). Whisk together until combined.

Add the Milk (3/4 cup), Butter (4 Tbsp), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Sour Cream (4 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp). Use the dough hook to mix, and start with low speed to mix for about 2 minutes.

Then, turn the speed to medium and continue to mix until a soft and smooth dough forms, about 10 minutes. Scrape down the bowl if needed throughout mixing.

Scrape the dough out and shape it into a smooth round ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and keep in a warm place. Let it rise until doubled in size, about 60-90 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, mix the Brown Sugar (2/3 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), and Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp) together. Stir until well combined and set aside.

Place the risen dough on a lightly floured work surface, stretch, and roll the dough into a 10x20-inch size rectangle.

Spread the filling evenly over the dough, leaving about ½-inch at the border of the long side.

Tightly roll up the dough, starting at one long side, and pinch the seam to seal.

Transfer the dough to a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and roll the seam side down. Bring two ends together to form a wreath, and pinch edges together to seal.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise until doubled size in a warm place, about 45-60 minutes.

When risen, use scissors to make cuts ⅓ of the way through the rings, leaving 1-inch in-between all around the ring.

Bake the king cake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the cake from the oven. Let it cool on a cooling rack.

While the cake is cooling, make the icing. In a mixing bowl, combine the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), Milk (1 Tbsp), 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (1), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) until smooth.

Drizzle the icing over the top of the cake. Sprinkle the Green Colored Sugar (2 Tbsp), Purple Colored Sugar (2 Tbsp), and Yellow Colored Sugar (2 Tbsp) sugar over the top. Serve.
