Step 1
Slice the Whole Caper Berries (2) in half and juice the Lemon (1/2) .
Step 2
Dice the Beef Sirloin Ball Tip (3 oz) into very small pieces by cutting pieces along the grain, then slicing into strips and finally into a small dice. Make sure to use a sharp knife!
Step 3
In a bowl, combine beef, Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp) , Jalapeño Peppers (1 tsp) , Capers (3/4 tsp) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) , lemon juice, and caper berries. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and toss well.
Step 4
Toast thinly sliced pieces of Baguette (1) and serve alongside the tartare.
