Seafood Spaghetti

A classic, easy seafood pasta made using a seafood marinara mix: prawns / shrimp, calamari, fish and mussels tossed through a simple, tasty tomato sauce.

6 ounce Spaghetti
3 ounce Fresh Squid
3 ounce Salmon
7 Fresh Clams
2 tablespoon Black Olives
1 handful Cherry Tomato
4 Dried Chili Pepper
1/2 cup Campbell's Borsch Condensed Soup
3 tablespoon Campbell's® Chicken Stock
1 tablespoon White Wine
to taste Olive Oil

STEP 1
Boil the Spaghetti (6 ounce) according to package's instructions. During this time, halve the Cherry Tomato (1 handful). Set aside and toss with a bit of Olive Oil (to taste) to keep the noodles from sticking.
STEP 2
Poach the Large Shrimp (5) and Fresh Clams (7) in a pan with simmering water. Cook until the clams open. Once open, remove and set both aside.
STEP 3
Add olive oil (to taste) to a wok or large pan over medium high heat. Add Fresh Squid (3 ounce), Salmon (3 ounce), Dried Chili Pepper (4) and Broccoli Florets (1 handful) and stir fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 4
Add Campbell's Borsch Condensed Soup (1/2 cup), Campbell's® Chicken Stock (3 tablespoon) and White Wine (1 tablespoon) to the pan and cook for a minute.
STEP 5
Then stir in cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes and Black Olives (2 tablespoon), shrimp and clam. Toss everything together and cook for an additional minute.
STEP 6
Plate and serve.
