Step 1
Dice the Tomato (1) and Straw Mushrooms (1 handful) .
Step 2
In a pan over medium-high heat, add some Canola Oil (to taste) and saute the diced tomatoes, mushrooms and Fresh Spinach (3/4 cup) together until tender, about a minute or two.
Step 3
Set the vegetables aside in a bowl, while you prepare the soup.
Step 4
In the same pan, heat the Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (1 cup) , Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup (3 Tbsp) , and Campbell's® Concentrated Chicken Stock (1/2 Tbsp) together and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add the soup to the bowl with the vegetables and serve. Enjoy!
