Straw Mushrooms (1 handful)
In a pan over medium-high heat, add some
Canola Oil (as needed)
and saute the diced tomatoes, mushrooms, and
Fresh Spinach (3/4 cup)
together until tender, about a minute or two.
Set the vegetables aside in a bowl, while you prepare the soup.
In the same pan, heat the
Condensed Tomato Soup (1 cup)
Cream of Chicken Soup (3 Tbsp)
Concentrated Chicken Stock (1/2 Tbsp)
together and bring to a boil.
Add the soup to the bowl with the vegetables and serve. Enjoy!
