First, prepare the citrus aioli. In a small bowl, mash the Anchovy Fillets (1) with a whisk.

Then mix the Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), lemon zest, 1 Tbsp of Lemon (1), Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Chives (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Preheat your grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, toss the Asparagus (3 cups) with Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) until evenly coated.

Place the asparagus on the grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until they are tender and charred in spots.

Once the asparagus is done, remove it from the grill and arrange it on a platter. Serve the grilled asparagus warm, accompanied by the lemon aioli on the side and garnished with grilled Lemon (1).
