Step 1
First, prepare the citrus aioli. In a small bowl, mash the
Anchovy Fillets (1)
with a whisk.

Then mix the
Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp)

Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
, lemon zest, 1 Tbsp of
Lemon (1)
,
Garlic (1 clove)
,
Fresh Chives (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
Step 3
Preheat your grill pan to medium-high heat.
Step 4
In a large bowl, toss the
Asparagus (3 cups)
with
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
until evenly coated.
Step 5
Place the asparagus on the grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until they are tender and charred in spots.
Step 6
Once the asparagus is done, remove it from the grill and arrange it on a platter. Serve the grilled asparagus warm, accompanied by the lemon aioli on the side and garnished with grilled
