Cooking Instructions

In a blender, add Almond Milk (1/2 cup) and Coconut Water (1/2 cup). Add the Walnut Pieces (1/3 cup), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Dates (2) and Kale (2 cups). Finally, add the Banana (1).

Blend to desired consistency. Either looser so you see some kale pieces or completely smooth. Enjoy!
