Cooking Instructions
1.
Zest the Orange (1/2) and Lemon (1/2). Grate the Fresh Ginger (1 tsp).
2.
Juice the lemon and orange halves into a bowl. Add the orange and lemon zest and ginger.
3.
In the bowl, add the Tahini (3 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste). Whisk until smooth.
