The recipe actually makes around 20 servings, but it won't let me put more than 16. :,)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175°C | 350°F.

Start by mixing the egg, 40g erythrit, butter and milk.

Add cocoa powder, flour and 60g yogurt.

Mash the banana and add it as well.

In a seperate bowl, mix the rest of the yogurt, erythrit and cream cheese.

Mix both mixtures together with a spatula, put the batter in a cake-pan and gently smooth it out.

Bake for around 30-35 minutes.

Take it out, let it cool down for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
