Prepare smoker or grill for indirect cooking at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Mix Spicy Hot Breakfast Sausage (1 pound), Bisquick® Baking Mix (2 cup), Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 ounce), Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Red Fresno Chili Pepper (1/4 cup), Dried Parsley (1 tablespoon), Killer Hogs The A.P. Rub (1 teaspoon) and Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon) in a large bowl until well incorporated.
Use a small scoop to portion mixture into bite size balls and roll gently in hands to shape.
Place sausage and cheese balls on a cast iron pan and cook for 15 min.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
