Step 1
Prepare smoker or grill for indirect cooking at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Spicy Hot Breakfast Sausages (1 lb)

Bisquick® Baking Mix (2 cups)

Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)

Cream Cheese (1 cup)

Red Fresno Chili Peppers (1/4 cup)

Dried Parsley (1 Tbsp)

All-Purpose Spice Rub (1 tsp)
, and
Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)
in a large bowl until well incorporated.
Step 3
Use a small scoop to portion mixture into bite size balls and roll gently in hands to shape.
Step 4
Place sausage and cheese balls on a cast iron pan and cook for 15 min.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
