Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mix the Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) and the Eggs (3) in a bowl.

Slowly pour in the Water (2/3 cup) and the Sunflower Oil (2/3 cup) while you keep moving the mix with the whisk.

Sift the All-Purpose Flour (2 1/3 cups) and the Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 1/2 Tbsp) and add them to the mix. Add Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) and mix everything together with the whisk.

Pour the mix into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 40-45 minutes.
