Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the Potatoes (5.5 oz) in boiling water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2).
2.
Chop the Green Bell Pepper (1).
3.
Thinly slice the Onions (1 oz).
4.
Chop the Tomatoes (3).
5.
Once cooked, peel the potatoes and the eggs and dice. Add vegetables and Olives (1/2 cup) to a large bowl with the potatoes and eggs.
6.
In a small bowl, combine Olive Oil (to taste), Balsamic Vinegar (to taste), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
7.
Toss the dressing with the rest of the ingredients.
8.
Serve and enjoy!
