Step 1
Cut
Brioche (1 loaf)
into 1-inch slices. Cut all crusts off each slice of bread, and cut into 9 squares.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together
Eggs (3)
,
Milk (1/2 cup)
,
Caster Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Vanilla Bean Paste (1 tsp)
until combined.
Step 3
Toss each square of bread in the egg mixture to coat.
Step 4
In a hot pan with
Butter (to taste)
, fry the pieces on each side until golden brown.
Step 5
Mix together
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
and
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
to create cinnamon sugar. Toss all the French toast bites in the cinnamon sugar.
Step 6
Serve with
Maple Syrup (to taste)
