Into a pan, add Bacon (2 slices) . Season both sides with Blackening Seasoning (to taste) . Cook over medium heat until crispy.
Step 2
Season 80/20 Lean Ground Beef Patty (1) with Blackening Seasoning (to taste) .
Step 3
Cook hamburger patty to your liking.
Step 4
Add White Cheddar Cheese (1 slice) on top of the hamburger patty.
Step 5
Into a mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise (1 1/2 cups) , Creole Mustard (3 Tbsp) , Horseradish (1 Tbsp) , Creole Seasoning (1 tsp) , Garlic (4 cloves) , and Juice from the Lemon (1/2) . Stir to combine.
Step 6
Spread sauce onto Hamburger Bun (1) . Place the Lettuce (to taste) on one side, followed by the hamburger patty, Tomatoes (to taste) , Red Onions (to taste) , and bacon.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
