Step 1
Warm up
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a pan. Add
Garlic (1/2 cup)
and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add
Paprika (1 Tbsp)
and
Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Mix to combine.
Step 3
Add
Gulf Shrimp (1 lb)
and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with
Sea Salt (to taste)
and
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
.
Step 4
Add
Butter (1/5 stick)
and let melt.
Step 5
Squeeze in juice from the
Lemon (1/2)
.
Step 6
Add
Pinot Grigio (2 Tbsp)
and mix well.
Step 7
Add
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
and stir to combine.
Step 8
Add remaining
Butter (4/5 stick)
and allow to melt.
Step 9
Top with additional parsley and serve with bread, pasta or grits. Enjoy!
