Cooking Instructions

Season Beef Tri-Tip (1 slab) with Sea Salt (to taste), Coarse Black Pepper (to taste), and Cayenne Pepper (to taste).

Place the steak on the bottom rack of the grill and cook at 225 degrees F (110 degrees C) until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees F (50 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Garlic (3 cloves), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Lemon (1/2), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Whisk until well combined and place in the fridge until ready to use.

Grill for an additional 1 minute on each side.

Carve meat into thin slices against the grain.

Top slices of meat with Provolone Cheese Slices (to taste) and place under the broiler to melt.

Spread the garlic mayo onto both sides of the Buns (to taste).

Layer on the Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste), followed by the meat, and the other bun. Serve and enjoy!
