Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Season Beef Tri-Tip (1 slab) with Sea Salt (to taste) , Coarse Black Pepper (to taste) , and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Place the steak on the bottom rack of the grill and cook at 225 degrees F (110 degrees C) until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees F (50 degrees C).
Step 3
Into a mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Lemon (1/2) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) . Whisk until well combined and place in the fridge until ready to use.
Step 4
Grill for an additional 1 minute on each side.
Step 5
Carve meat into thin slices against the grain.
Step 6
Top slices of meat with Provolone Cheese Slices (to taste) and place under the broiler to melt.
Step 7
Spread the garlic mayo onto both sides of the Buns (to taste) .
Step 8
Layer on the Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste) , followed by the meat, and the other bun. Serve and enjoy!
