Cooking Instructions
1.
Toast the Gluten-Free Bread (1 slice).

While toasting, mash Avocado (1/4) in a small bowl with Sea Salt Flakes (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
3.
Spread a layer of mashed avocado over toast, and top with a little Sea Salt Flakes (to taste).

Then top with Tomatoes (2 slices), Onions (1 slice), Cucumbers (2 slices), Capers (to taste), Sea Salt Flakes (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
