Toast the Gluten-Free Bread (1 slice).
While toasting, mash Avocado (1/4) in a small bowl with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Slice your Onion (1 slice), Tomato (2 slice), and Cucumber (2 slice).
Spread a layer of mashed avocado over toast, top with a little sea salt.
Then top with tomato, onion, cucumber, Capers (to taste), Salt and Pepper (to taste).
