Step 1
Start heating up about 2 inches of oil in a pan.
Step 2
In another pan, brown the
Ground Beef (1 lb)
in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Drain the excess grease, and add the
Onions (3/4 cup)
and
Corn (1 1/2 cups)
. Cook for about 5 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Stir in the
Taco Sauce (2 cups)
and season with
Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Salt (1 tsp)
and
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
, stirring until blended. Cook until heated through, then remove from heat, and set aside.
Step 5
Heat a
Large Flour Tortillas (to taste)
in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds so that it will be pliable for folding.
Step 6
Open the spread a layer of
Refried Beans (1 3/4 cups)
onto the center of the tortilla. Spoon the beef mixture down the center, and then top with as much
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (to taste)
as you like.
Step 7
Roll up the tortilla and place them seam-side down into your hot oil once it reaches 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 8
Once it turns golden brown, flip it to the other side. When all sides become golden brown, take it out of the oil and top with your favorite toppings.
