Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Halve and pit the Avocado (to taste) in half lengthways. Juice the Lime (2) into a small bowl. Mince the Garlic (1 clove).
Step 2
Combine the avocado with the lime juice, garlic, Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 teaspoon), chopped Fresh Chives (1 tablespoon) and Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Blend until you have a light green puree.
Step 3
Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Pita Bread (to taste).
