Halve and pit the
Avocados (to taste)
in half lengthways. Juice the
Limes (2)
into a small bowl. Mince the
Garlic (1 clove)

Step 2
Combine the avocado with the lime juice, garlic,
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)

Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 tsp)
, chopped
Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp)
and
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Blend until you have a light
green puree.
Step 3
Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with
Pita Bread (to taste)
