Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Prepare the Puff Pastry (3 sheets), roll it out a bit in both directions, and use a pizza cutter to cut it into 6 rectangles. Keep refrigerated.

In a saucepan, add Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp) and Water (1 Tbsp), cook over medium heat until it reaches an amber color, and turn off the heat. Stir in the Salted Butter (1 Tbsp).

Using a spoon, spread the caramel sauce on the parchment paper. Then place the Apple Slices (2) over the caramel. Place a piece of puff pastry over the top of each filling.

Pinch with a finger or a fork on all four sides of the puff pastry. Brush with Egg Wash (1), and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Watch carefully while baking.

Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Using a flat spatula carefully flip and move to a cooling rack.

Sprinkle Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 Tbsp) on top and serve.
