Author's Notes

The pumpkin paste can make approximately 8 cups of latte.

Refrigerate the pumpkin paste for up to a week and have a pumpkin delight ready any time you want!

For longer storage, freeze the paste in an ice tray and transfer it to a zip lock once frozen. Keep in the freezer for up to 9 months.
