Step 1
In a pan over medium heat, combine the
Pumpkin Purée (1 can)

Brown Sugar (1 cup)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Ginger (1/2 Tbsp)
. Simmer for 3~5 minutes and allow the flavors to meld. The paste is ready when there is a homogenized texture and darker color. Set aside.
Step 2
In a latte glass, add ¼ cup of the pumpkin paste,
Milk (1 cup)
, and
Espresso (2 oz)
. Stir well to combine.
Step 3
Top with
Whipped Cream (3 Tbsp)
and a sprinkle of cinnamon to complete your latte. Enjoy!
